The story unfolds during the 1970s-1990s. Xiao Yan is a poor girl who decides to change the course of her life at any cost or method. She disguises her true intentions and personality behind a guise of kindness to gain Hai Feng’s sympathy, but never will she win his heart. While carrying out her plans for revenge, she pays the ultimate price.
